 Alba I found some sediment in the bottom of a bottle of Alba. Is it bottle-conditioned? It's delicious either way.

Re: Alba Not bottle conditioned just a heck of a lot of botanicals that go into Alba also lots of barley so high protein levels. We try to balance our filtration technique between bottling a clear beer and retaining lots of flavours. ultimately proteins do come out of solution and settle in the bottom. Slainte. Scott
